Did you know we still owned the old house? Yup.
It has been on the market since July 2009.
Don't ask, we do not want to talk about it.
Well as if today, it is no longer ours! Wahoooo!!
It is bittersweet, as are all house sales.
WE are so so so happy not to up keep both houses.
And as a reward.... We plan on purchasing a GIANT zero turn radius riding lawnmower and a shed for the new toy. Currently, our lawn requires 3+ hours for a full cut. The sad thing is. We cut our current yard, but we didn't cut this one. Pathetic huh. Look how little grass this house has. It's a pride thing.
