MMC - 18 Months

Meredith is becoming a big kid.

New words: Nana, Miheala, beer, stop, goggles. One, two, three.

After nap time, she grabs the remote, sits in her blue chair and tries to turn on her show. Even though she does not actually watch TV, she insists she is given the opportunity to do so.

Speaking of the blue chair...Do not sit in it. She will walk over and pull you off.

Her favorite book is about apple harvesting and it is in Spanish.

At 7:45 Meredith heads for the stairs. I guess it is bedtime.

Whenever I am in the kitchen, she chases me around screaming and whining. She grabs my legs and twists me to face her. I can get nothing done in that room. Good thing Chip cooks too or we would all starve.

Meredith throws her arm out and says STOP.

When she sees a camera she stops whatever she us doing and says CHEESE!!!

We still have serious eating problems. We may be on the verge of a break through. She seems to be boycotting pouches....but has yet to decide food is a good idea. I am anticipating being sent to an occupational therapist. I need help with this....

This kid can throw a ball. Hard. She waves it above her head counting ONE TWO THREE...but then waits to release while you quiver in fear.

At the pool she counts ONE, TWO, THREE and jumps cannon ball style. The only problem is...she doesn't jump FORWARD.... so she lands on her tookus on the concrete. What? Why do you keep doing that?!

She walks around screaming for chip DA!DA!DA! All day for no reason. Some days Chip answers every single time. Don't answer her she doesn't need anything. She is just screaming for some reason.

She is a little naughty. She beats up on Phoebe then looks at you innocently or cries loudly so she doesn't get reprimanded. Naughty.

Here is my loud loud loud funny kid! We love you Meredith!
