When you ask Meredith to do something she replies "Ok... I'll do that... after-later ok?"
"I need my PRIVACY! Leave me alone." Often screamed through the door when she's going potty.
"Don't touch my sparkly sandals, they are really special to me!"
Toot! (Loud)
MOM: Do you have to go potty?
MEREDITH: Nope.
MOM: Then why are you tooting
MEREDITH: Because I like to toot.
MOM: At least you are truthful.
BURP! "That was just my burp" Then she giggles
She calls hand prints "paw prints"
Meredith woke up one day and decided she was ready to go on the potty. She has only had about 6 accidents in 4 weeks. Don't ask her to "try" though. She refuses to go until she needs to and not a minute before
We keep her baby potty in her room for nap & bedtime. She gets out of bed and uses it. BRAVO.... but then insists we come clean it. At least four trips up and down the stairs for us each night. BUT a small price to pay for a self-motivated little girl.
She climbs in and out of her crib about 25 times. She collects toys, pillows and blankets before falling asleep. Tiny hoarder.
Surgery is scheduled - April 26.
Here's to the last month of the 2's.
