Our Phoebe. She is full of energy. She walks into a room and demands attention from all. She knows what she wants....and will persevere until she gets it. (For better or worse.)
This month we have seen tremendous growth. She has a strong desire to learn. She is showing much more compassion towards others. She is more flexible with schedule changes. She is helping more around the house when asked...(though some times she is as slow as molasses.) Overall way less screaming from everyone. ...which makes us all happier! (Far from perfection though)
We just started letting her play on the driveway by herself. Blowing bubbles, making snow angels etc. It's a little scary to mom and dad. But she is happy as a clam.
It has snowed very little this year much to Phoebe's dismay. Every time it does snow she face plants to make a frontal body mold. TIMBER!!! She really takes it to the (unhealthy) extreme.
She always wants to know where we are going/what's the plan?! If we do not produce a plan she gets very upset. Staying home..not her thing.
Her favorite things this month: wipe boards, Stethoscopes, playing restaurant, pirates with her dad (captain red beard and captain yellow head), jumping off cushions.

Here are the hilarious comments from Phoebe....
When I asked her if she was full...she said remember the semi-circle? That space is ALWAYS available for dessert mom... I told you that right? RIGHT...
When new goggles arrived in the mail, Phoebe requested a bucket of water...to dunk her head in and try them out. This request was declined by management.
Phoebe's teacher came to see me at pickup, laughing... "Phoebe is delayed because she is teaching Scott (her 3 yr old classmate) to put on HER shoes. She said everyone should know how to put HER shoes on for her......" *CREATING a staff of tiny people to do her chores I see...
Scene: Meredith is screaming and pointing a judgemental finger towards Phoebe.
Phoebe looks up..blinks her big eyes and calmly says "I didn't make her cry. Someone just snuck in here and did it" - RIGHT. That's a plausible explanation.
She received a real pink Stethoscope from her Aunt. She stood in the driveway and declared she be referred to as Dr. Phoebe Claire Cushwa!
Here is Phoebe Claire Cushwa!
