Pcc - 2 years, 1 Month

Here is Phoebe's 25 month update for the history books.
She is a two year old in every way possible.
Phoebe is obsessed with the Sunday Morning theme song and graphic package. She pretends to play the trumpet while she watches it on a loop. How odd.

She slings her purse over the doll stroller and tells us she is going to the park. She stops in the hallway and breaks out a picnic from her purse.

She is VERY proud if she wakes up at 7:00 am. She screams MOMMY TICK TOCK SEVEN.

Phoebe has a verbal volume control issue. It is loud in our house. How do you break this? Anyone?

Phoebe says ummm ummmm ummm while thinking of answers.

When we talk about our day's activities she says EAT FIRST! Uh. Perhaps our day revolves around eating a bit too much. We like to eat!

She loves gym class. She practices her "walking" aka balance beam on our brick wall. She jumps up and screams HAPPY DAY when she reaches the end.

We are daytime potty trained! We are starting to lay the groundwork for night time success. But we are not quite ready to move to a big kid bed.  By WE.. I mean me.

Phoebe tells you she is TINY..  if she thinks she cannot do something. It's cute, but we would rather her not use her tiny stature as an excuse.

Speaking of tiny, she likes to pluck her tiny sister off the baby monitor and make you rock a pretend tiny baby in your fingers. She also likes to eat tiny things she plucks out of books. Tiny apples TINY TINY.

She has a toolbox and tells us she is working. Chip is usually fixing something around our 100 year  old house. She is going to think that is what he does for a living. Chip the builder.

She and Chip give each other pretend hair cuts. A lot. She says cut cut cut cut cut cut cut during each hair appointment.

She is a bug killer. She even pretends to kill fake bugs mid air. No girly girly here. She will squish them and leave no prisoners.

Now some pictures of this funny kid.

Basement playroom.. my house isn't this messy. I swear.

We had an hour to kill. She likes haircuts. So I found the nearest supercuts for $5 of fun.. so what if she didn't neeeed a haircut. Money well spent.

The only thing she wanted for her birthday... CAKE. BIG CAKE. Well Ok!
