Phoebe Claire
This little girl is full of beans.
New exclamation "That's what I am TALKING about!" Chip and I love it. Love. Love love.
Her favorite book is about tooth care written for a ten year old audience. If you see her, ask where her incisors and canine teeth are located.
We just started solo classes. It is bittersweet sending her in without me in tow. She is doing very well and I am proud of her independence.
She is taking swimming lessons. We were a little worried because sometimes she panics. A panic can have long-time consequences. This time she jumped right in and showed the instructor her (fantastically funny) holding breath face. Game on.
She reminds me to say you are welcome....in spanish of course. De nada, mom. Ah yes. DE NADA. (Darn that Spanish teacher and Dora!)
She slept in a big kid bed on vacation. She did very well but was relieved to return to her crib. Looks like we still have a bit longer until we make the change.
Phoebe loves to talk. Chip says she talks more than anyone he has ever met.
Favorite games: grocery store, school, doctor/hair salon/dentist (all at the same time)
She must be working on discussing her emotions at school. She tells us when she is sad or sleep or angry.
She requests to be called princess phoebe. Um what? NO WAY. Then she tells Chip he is princess daddy. Um what? YES WAY.
Here is Miss Spunky
